AALAC Welcomes New Citizens to Register to Vote!
AALAC welcomed newly naturalized citizens of the United States of America by helping them exercise their new found right to vote! The new citizens were eager to exercise their civic duty resulting in hundreds of new registrants. AALAC held the voter registration events at the naturalization ceremonies at United States Citizenship and Immigration Services and the National Archives.
AALAC would like to thank Ms. Cheryl Johnson of the USCIS and all the great volunteers who helped make this possible.
